Brahmkumari Seminar in Summer Workshop 2017 « 28/May/2017
A seminar on meditation by Brahmkumaris was organized in BVM Dugri on 28th May 2017 Didi Sarita explained easy steps to meditate. She explained that meditation brings the body and mind in to a state of calm & peace. It helps us to concentrate due to which we become able to use our time productivity. Meditation helps the students to excel in school, perform at a high level in sports and extra-curricular activities and have emotional control over oneself.
