BASANT PANCHAMI « 02/Feb/2025
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School, Dugri celebrated Basant Panchmi, the festival dedicated to Maa Saraswati (Goddess of knowledge and wisdom) with fervour. The festival also heralds the arrival of spring season. Ms. Pooja Dutta illuminated all, the significance of the festival in our lives and the relevance of yellow colour. With the euphonious Saraswati Vandana, followed with the Beej Mantra and the melodious bhajan, the entire campus emblazoned with her divine blessings. Students of Class III & IV came attired in vibrant hues of yellow. Students also brought yellow eatables in their tiffins. The festival was a great opportunity for the students to embrace their culture and traditions while also having fun. Principal, Ms. Manisha Madaan, conveyed special wishes to everyone present on the auspicious occasion.
