A Parent is a teacher at home and a teacher is a parent in school and the children is the Universe.
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School, Dugri organised Orientation Session for parents of classes III, IV and V on the topic ‘Understanding Child Behaviour’. The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of lamp by respected Principal Mam and the parents. Ms. Kusum Dawar and Ms. Gurkeerat Kaur conducted the session. The objective of the session was the holistic development of young learners. The session equipped the parents with insight into the curriculum, teaching methods and learning goals. Many fun-filled activities were organised for the parents to make them familiar with each other and to promote parental involvement. Tips on good parenting were also discussed. Principal, Ms. Manisha Madaan, urged all the parents to be supportive and to stay involved with their child. The fruitful session culminated with Vande Matram.
