Give the Girl Child wings to fly, Let her blossom and touch the sky.
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School, Dugri observed International Girl Child Day to recognize girl’s right and the unique challenges they face around the world. Ms. Sonal (PRT) briefed all about the importance of celebrating the day. A myriad of activities was conducted with the aim to recognize the worth of the feminine segment of the society. Beautiful self composed poems woven around the importance and role of girls were recited by the middle section students. The students of class VI and VII expressed their firm belief and demand on gender equality through One Act Play. Slogan Writing activity also manifested their feelings to support girls. Principal, Ms. Manisha Madaan, conveyed her best wishes and blessings to all the girl students. She encouraged them to “work with a mission” to succeed in life.
