Bhartiya vidya Mandir High School, Dugri celebrated World Nature Conservation Day. An enlightened speech was delivered by our primary teacher Mrs. Baljinder Kaur. She also explained 5 R's (Recycle, Reuse, Reduce, Re-plant and Re-create).
This day is observed all over the world on July 28 of every year. It is observed to create awareness about protecting and conserving natural resources. There are so many threats to nature like deforestation, illegal wildlife trade, pollution, using plastics, chemicals, and a lot more. But nowadays many countries have woke up and have realized the importance of conserving nature. A healthy environment must be created to safeguard the present and future generations. Principal Mrs. Manisha Madaan motivated all On World Nature Conservation Day, she said, let us make a conscious effort to conserve nature around the world.
