In order to raise awareness of the nutritional benefits of balanced diet, our school teacherMrs. Manju made everyone acquainted with the health benefits of pulses. She further told that we can rely on pulses to eradicate hunger and poverty and it can become a major food item in a common man's platter. Students of our school showcased their artistry by doing beautiful craft work using different pulses. Our school teachersMrs. Sarika and Mrs. Khiwaniguided the students of Nursery and K.G. about the recognition of different pulses through Google Meet App and encouraged them to eat at least one bowl of Dal daily as they are rich in proteins.
