'Science of today is the technology of tomorrow'
National Science Day was celebrated by the students of BVM HIGH SCHOOL, DUGRI on 28th Feb., 2020. The day was celebrated to commemorate the great invention of 'The Raman effect' by the veteran Indian Physicist, Sir Chandrashekhara Venkata Raman. Ms. Manisha, science teacher briefed the students about the great scientist Dr. C.V. Raman and his invention. She delivered a *speech* on the theme 'Women in Science' and the contribution of Indian Women in scientific development of our Nation. The main objective of celebrating the day is to make all the students aware about the importance of scientific applications in the daily life. Principal Mam, Mrs. Ranjit Kaur motivated the students to work hard to contribute to the field of science through their innovations.
