MAHA SHIVRATRI « 20/Feb/2020
BVM DUGRI celebrated the festival of Maha Shivratri to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva, an important deity in Hindu culture on 20th Feb., 2020. The festival was celebrated with devotion and religious fervor and with traditional gaiety and mirth. Our school teacher Ms. Pooja apprised the students about the importance of the day. She also told many mythological legends associated with this day. Students recited Mahamritunjay Mantra. Flowers were offered to keep the memory of the celebration in vibrant mode. Principal Mam Mrs. Ranjit Kaur blessed all the students and she also prayed to God for the success of students.
