The Republic Day was celebrated in a befitting manner on January 26, 2020 in BVM DUGRI. Principal Mam Mrs. Ranjit Kaur had the honour of unfurling the National tricolour. Whole of the gathering took the pledge to uphold the honour and integrity, diversity and uniqueness of India. To encourage the spirit of celebration a grand message in the form of speech was given which was delivered by our school teacher Ms. Anjali. A special tribute was paid to soldiers through a song 'Wardiyaan ye Wardiyaan' which was sung by our school teacher Mrs. Sampda. After that the choir group of teachers presented the patriotic song 'संगठन गढ़े चलो सुपथ पर बढ़े चलो' which reverberated in the surroundings. Our school teacher Mr. Sahil also sang a beautiful song in the praise of our Motherland. Principal Mam Mrs. Ranjit Kaur concluded the function by saying that we must perform our duties and respect our motherland. She further added that its present generation is expected to take the country to new heights of development in all aspects of life.
