Independence Day was celebrated in BVM Dugri on 14th August 2018 to mark the 72^nd year of freedom from British rule. The program started with flag hoisting. Homage was paid to the national martyrs by singing national song. President of managing committee MR. OP Sabharwal ji, Secretary Mr. P.C Goyal ji, Treasurer & Manager BVM Dugri Mr. M.M Bamba ji, Manager of Chd. Road Mr. R.K Behal JI and Manager of BVM Udham Singh Nagar Mr. M.M Vyas ji were also present to mark the importance of the occasion. Our school principal Mrs. Ranjit Kaur said that we must perform our duties devotedly, only then our country can progress. Our school teacher Mrs. Sarika Arora delivered a speech by highlighting the importance of the day. On this pious occasion our school teachers sang songs of love for their country. Our school manager Mr. M.M Bamba ji motivated towards developing dedication towards the country & desired that Independence has to be protected & defended by being not only vigilant but extra vigilant.
