With a view to awaken the people about Global Road Safety week various activities were performed in B.V.M Dugri from 8^th May to 14^th May 2018. Students participated in slogan writing competition. The students were taken to Children’s Traffic Park where traffic policeman instructed & educated the students about traffic rules. A documentary was also shown to the students to convey a message that it is necessary to follow traffic rules to avoid accidents. A rally was organized; Banners like ‘Avoid Rash Driving’ and ‘Mat Karo Itni Masti, Zindagi Nahi Hai Sasti’ were the main attraction. Students were also shown traffic sign board. A speech was delivered on the importance of traffic rules. A beautiful poem was recited by the students. Also student presented a play in which they told about the traffic lights. Principal Mam Mrs. Ranjit Kaur encouraged the students to follow traffic rules & road safety rules to avoid accidents.
