Sunderkand path was recited by the school teachers for peace and prosperity. Various activities were undertaken and performed to highlight the vitality of the celebration. The students of class 1st to 5th participated in the diya, candle decoration and pooja thali making. Toran Making Activity was conducted for classes III-V hoping that this festival of light brings bright sparkles of joy and happiness in everyone's life. Students of class 1st & 2nd recited beautiful poem to promote eco-friendly Diwali. To mark the celebration students of class 6th to 12th participated in Jhumar making, floating diyas & best out of waste lalten making. Students of Classes IV - VI performed some of the Ramayan Chaupaiyas in school assembly. A Quiz was organised for classes VIII-X on History of Diwali. One-Act play was presented on Green Diwali by the school students. A mesmerizing dance performance by the Nur- Class added charm to the celebration. Students decorated the classes with self-made material. Students recited devotional bhajans on the occasion of Diwali. Our school student Rohit of class XII apprised everyone with the importance of Diwali. Students also participated in slogan writing competition to convey the message of celebrating pollution free and safe Diwali.
Principal Mrs. Manisha Madaan thanked & showered the blessings for a Happy Diwali and reiterated to celebrate enviro-friendly Diwali.
