Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School, Dugri celebrated the festival of Dussehra with great zeal. The programme began with a soulful Bhajan by the students of Class-VII, followed by a poem recitation by the students of Class-V. Anjali of Class +1 delivered a thought-provoking speech on the relevance of Dussehra in today’s life. The students of Classes Pre- Nursery to III, enjoyed a colourful puppet show based on the life of Lord Rama, which filled the celebration with joy and learning. The celebration also included the symbolic burning of Ravana’s effigy, reminding everyone that evil, no matter how powerful, is always defeated by truth and righteousness. On this occasion, the Principal Mrs. Manisha Madaan shared her message: "Dussehra inspires us to conquer negativity within ourselves and walk on the path of truth and values.”
