ANNUAL FUNCTION
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec. School, Dugri celebrated its Annual Cultural and Prize Distribution Function- “Udaan-Choona Hai Aasmaan” on 23rd October 2023 amidst great splendor, zeal and resplendence. The Chief Guest for the day was Ms. Dimple Madaan (District Education Officer) and the Guest of Honour was Adv. Rajat Sharma (an alumnus student). The other dignitaries gracing the occasion also included President of BVM Schools- Honourable Sh. Kailash Chandra Maini Ji, Secretary of BVM Schools- Sh. Prakash Chand Goyal Ji, along with Worthy Principals of all BVM Branches. The program commenced with the welcome of the guests followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
A soulful song by the students - Bhartasya Rakshan, the mesmerising welcome dance of the tiny tots, Swachh Bharat, Sports item left everyone spellbound. The cultural highlights of the day were Sufiana Kathak, Patriotism, Kalbaliya Dance. The play ‘Badalte Rishton Ka Parivesh’ touched everyone to the core and broke all barriers of emotions.
The principal, Ms. Manisha Madaan, proudly presented the Annual Report, which apprised everyone of the Awards and outstanding accomplishments of the students in various academic and co-curricular events. The Chief Guest applauded the students for their dazzling and heart touching performances. She also felicitated the students and presented them awards. The vote of thanks was proposed by secretary Sh P. C. Goyal Ji. The celebration concluded on a blissful note encouraging students to mark further milestones in their journey of success.
