SEMINAR ABOUT THE PREVENTION AND CURE OF HEART DISEASES « 26/May/2023

Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sen. Sec. School, Dugri organised a seminar for acknowledging the Faculty members about the Prevention & Cure of Heart Diseases. The session started with the Blessings of GOD by the Principal Mam & the spokesperson Dr. R.P. Singh, Chief Interventional Cardiologist, Pancham Hospital, & his wife Dr. Kanwaljit Kaur, Gynaecologist, Pancham Hospital. Dr. outlined that your heart health is central to overall good health. Regular exercise will make your heart and blood circulatory system more efficient, lower your cholesterol level, and also keep your blood pressure at a healthy level. Principal Ms. Manisha Madaan ends up the session by honouring Dr. R.P. Singh & his Team with token of appreciation and vote of thanks and summed up the session with a quote “No beauty shines brighter than a Healthy Heart.
