Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Dugri celebrated Women's Equality Day.Ms. Poonam Kushwaha highlighted the status of women in distinguish societies in different times in her speech. Slogans related to women's equality were written by middle grade students. Besides, students of primary grade created posters to manifest the core essence of the day. To encite the examples of some of the great women of India, students were dressed as Mother Teresa (mother of India), Harnaaz Sandhu (Miss Universe 2021), Chandrani Murmu (Member of Parliament), Avani Chaturvedi (Indian Pilot). To even more enlighten the day, a beautiful poem 'Main Nari Hoon' was recited by the students of class 3. The program ended with words of wisdom by Ms. Manisha Madaan (Principal). She laid emphasis on being a powerful women.
