“Oral Health is a mirror to General Health”
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir High School, Dugri observed World Oral Health Day on March 20, 2022. Every year FDI celebrates the day to draw awareness to the importance of oral health. The theme of the Day is “Be Proud of Your Mouth for your Happiness and Well-Being.” On the occasion, Child Specialist, Dr. Shagun Sharma explained to the student’s functions of teeth, the importance of dental care and steps to be taken to ensure good dental care. She advised students to brush and clean their teeth twice a day to prevent tooth decay and remove plaque. Principal, Ms. Manisha Madaan, stated that a healthy mouth and healthy body go hand in hand. She urged the students to follow the tips given by Dr. Shagun Sharma.
