The festival of Raksha Bandhan, in India, is celebrated to highlight the affectionate bonding of in between the brothers and sisters from a very long time. In keeping with this traditional value and to continue to maintain it students of BVM DUGRI undertook the celebration with zeal and zest. Students of class IV recited poems to express their love for each other. Students, to magnify the occasion took different photographs enjoying the festivities of the occasion. Students also made beautiful rakhis. Our school teacher Ms. Khiwani delivered a speech in which she told this relationship play a very important role in our lives. Brothers and sisters are always there to support us, to protect us and to help us through troubled times.
