A seminar on ‘How to explore the potential of the students was organized by B.V.M Dugri on 5^th June 2018. Our school teacher Mr. Daqsh explained that we should adopt different techniques to explore their potential. To search for potential in students teachers need to mix up with them and always encourage the students. Teacher should be creative to assign the duties to the students according to their capability. Principal Mam Mrs. Ranjit kaur gave the message that a teacher should handle the students in such a way that it brings out the best from a child.
