Earth Day 2016 « 22/Apr/2016
BVM Dugri celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2016. Various activities were performed to highlight the celebration. Class 5th and 6th participated in tree plantation. A rally was organized in which students of class 7th and 8th gave message to save earth planet through the banners. “Earth ka kuch karo nahi to anarth ho jayega” and “sansen ho rahi hai kam”, Aao ped lagayein hum” were the main attraction of the rally. Class 9th and 10th participated in poster making competition. The winners were appreciated for their effective participation. Principal Mam Mrs Ranjit Kaur gave the message to decorate the earth with the jewels of plants and trees, “Save Water” and “Save Electricity” to make earth a beautiful place to live in.
