A seminar was organized on *'Teaching pedagogy and Leadership skills'* in *B.V.M Dugri* on 01-06-2019. First of all term Pedagogy is explained in Pedagogy teaching maxism and methods are elaborated. It is also explaibed how we can use such methods to be effective teacher or Leader. Our Vice principal *Mrs. Mamta* expressed her views and explained the term pedagogy. She further told the methods which we can adopt to be an effective teacher leader. One should inculcate leadership qualities for the better learning of the students as it is the need of today's world.
